  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Clearance items
  • Innerwear or personal use items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead. Exchange requests must follow the same eligibility rules as returns.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a refund may be issued after applicable deductions.
